				My Air conditioner went out a few days ago. Tony from Pride mechanical came out for the service call. He was quick to assess the unit and determined that it needed to be replaced. While waiting for the  new unit, they sent over a portable unit. This is the hottest part of the season. Without ac my house temperature reached 103degrees. Tony checked in to see how the unit was working and unfortunately it wasn’t cooling. He immediately brought another unit over. He then managed to get my unit running temporarily to hold me over until new unit arrives. He went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were comfortable. He has a big heart and cares about the people whose homes he services. Thank you Tony we appreciate all you did.
